Please note: This is a brief overview of the terms governing the relationship between teacher candidates and Eduplace Recruitment Agency. A comprehensive, detailed placement agreement will be provided and must be signed when Eduplace formally takes you on as a registered candidate. That agreement supersedes this summary in all respects.

Important: This agreement governs the relationship between you (the teacher candidate) and Eduplace Recruitment Agency. By submitting your CV and engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Our core recruitment service is free to teachers.

1. Our service to you

Eduplace Recruitment Agency provides a free recruitment and placement service to qualified teachers. We will:

  • Review your application and assess your suitability for available positions
  • Match your profile to relevant vacancies locally and internationally
  • Facilitate introductions between you and prospective employers
  • Guide you through the documentation and visa process where applicable
  • Provide support and communication throughout the placement process

There is no fee charged to teachers for our core recruitment and placement service.

Documentation and visa assistance: Where a teacher requires hands-on assistance with documentation preparation, visa applications, or pre-departure arrangements beyond general guidance, Eduplace may charge a nominal fee for this additional service. This will be communicated and agreed in writing before any fee is incurred. Eduplace may also refer teachers to approved third-party agents or vendors for specialist assistance. In such cases, Eduplace does not assume responsibility for the services, conduct, or outcomes delivered by those third parties.

2. Your obligations

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your application
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your qualifications, circumstances, or availability
  • Respond promptly to communication from Eduplace and from prospective employers
  • Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or background at any stage
  • Not approach schools or institutions introduced to you by Eduplace independently and in circumvention of our placement process
  • Comply with all relevant employment laws in your home country and country of placement

3. Placement process

Submission of a CV does not guarantee an interview or placement. Only selected candidates will be contacted. We will retain your information in our database and may contact you when a suitable vacancy arises.

Before forwarding your profile to a prospective employer, we will notify you of the opportunity and seek your confirmation. Your profile will not be shared without your knowledge.

4. Employment contract

Any employment contract is entered into directly between you and the employer. Eduplace is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or enforcement of any employment agreement. We strongly recommend you read and understand any contract before signing.

5. International placements

For international placements, you acknowledge that:

  • Visa costs in your home country are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • In-country visa costs are typically covered by the employer — confirm this in your employment contract
  • You are responsible for understanding and complying with the employment laws of the country in which you will work
  • Eduplace does not guarantee specific placement outcomes or employment conditions

6. Limitation of liability

Eduplace acts as an intermediary between teachers and employers. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or decisions of employers, nor for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your placement or employment. We will at all times act in good faith and in your best interests within the scope of our service.

7. Confidentiality

We will treat your personal and professional information with strict confidentiality. Your details will only be shared with prospective employers as part of the placement process and with your knowledge.
