International Teacher Recruitment

The teachers
your school deserves.

South African educators are among the most sought-after teaching professionals in the world. Qualified, adaptable, English-proficient, and proven in demanding classrooms — we place them in schools across the Middle East, Asia, and beyond.

A teacher who managed 45 learners in a township school with limited resources is genuinely exceptional. International schools understand that immediately.

Six reasons international schools
keep coming back.

We've been placing SA educators internationally since 1994. The demand hasn't slowed — and there are clear reasons why.

01

Trained in demanding classrooms

SA teachers routinely manage large, diverse, resource-variable classrooms. They arrive adaptable, resourceful, and composed under pressure — qualities no curriculum can teach.

02

Internationally recognised qualifications

South African BEd and PGCE qualifications are recognised across the Middle East, Asia, and beyond. Most candidates meet the full requirements of international school systems on day one.

03

Strong English proficiency

English-medium education is standard in SA schools. Most SA teachers are first-language or highly proficient English speakers — essential for international curriculum delivery.

05

Cultural adaptability

South Africa's multicultural society produces educators who are naturally at ease in diverse, international environments. Integration into your school community tends to be smooth and quick.

06

Commitment and longevity

SA teachers placed internationally consistently renew contracts and build long-term careers abroad. Lower turnover means continuity for your school and your students.

International school campus — Middle East
The schools we place into are world-class institutions. Our candidates are prepared for them — and for the life that comes with them.

Placed with confidence.
Backed by a guarantee.

Every placement we make is the result of thorough screening, careful matching, and a genuine understanding of your school's environment. We place teachers we believe in. And we back that belief in writing.

If a teacher does not work out within the first 90 days, we replace them at no additional cost or issue a full fee credit. This is simply how we operate.

Contingency model

You pay only upon successful placement. No retainer, no upfront commitment. The arrangement is straightforward: results first, fee second.

90-day replacement or credit

If a placement doesn't work out within 90 days of the teacher's start date, we replace at no charge or apply a full credit to a future placement. One condition applies: the placement invoice must have been settled in full.

Thorough pre-placement screening

Every candidate is personally interviewed, reference-checked, and assessed for international readiness before your school sees their profile. Our standard reduces the risk before it reaches you.

90 Day Guarantee

If it doesn't work,
we make it right.

Replacement at no additional cost, or a full fee credit — applied to your next placement. This is our commitment to every school we partner with, without exception.

Our approach

We don't send schools a database. We send a shortlist of people we believe in.

Every candidate we put forward has been personally reviewed, interviewed, and assessed for international readiness. You receive a focused shortlist — not a stack of CVs to sift through.

We stay involved through documentation, visa coordination, and pre-departure preparation. Our relationship with you doesn't end at placement.

Most school requests receive a response within 24 hours.

Four steps to
your shortlist.

We keep the process straightforward on your side. Submit your vacancy, we do the work. Most schools receive a shortlist within two weeks of sending a request.

01

Submit your vacancy

Tell us the role, subject, grade, curriculum, and preferred start date. The more detail you provide, the stronger the match.

02

We search and screen

We draw from our active candidate database and pipeline. Every person considered is pre-screened and assessed for international readiness before being put forward.

03

You review a structured shortlist

Candidates are delivered via a dedicated review portal — not an email thread. View formatted profiles, download CVs, rate candidates, and communicate feedback directly to our team. Clarity at every step.

04

We support the placement

Documentation, authentication, visa coordination, and pre-departure preparation — managed on both sides through to the teacher's arrival at your school.
