Every school

We recruit for under-resourced schools at no cost. For independent and private schools at a fee. The revenue from one funds the other. We are doing this now.

Most recruitment agencies only serve schools that can pay. We don't. Under-resourced schools receive the same quality of service — screened candidates, personal matching, proper follow-through — funded by the schools that can afford it.
Every school receives the same screening discipline. What changes is the fee — calibrated to your school's resources, not the quality of our work.

Schools declare their tier when they submit a request. We verify before confirming placement. A grey area becomes a conversation — not a form to fill.
Two or more criteria qualifies a school for the Community tier. Schools between tiers are assessed individually — our goal is to support, not to gatekeep.
Most agencies won't consider a graduate with less than two years of experience. We disagree. A well-trained, enthusiastic newly qualified teacher — properly placed — is an asset, not a risk. We screen them rigorously and match them to schools that will develop them. It is where lasting careers begin.
"A teacher who managed 45 learners in a township school with limited resources is genuinely exceptional. International schools understand that immediately."
— Eduplace Recruitment AgencyWe started locally. Our roots are in South African schools. Every teacher in our network has been spoken to, assessed, and placed before — we know what works. Our international track record means our screening standard is higher than most local agencies will ever require.
SACE registration, qualification verification, reference checks, and criminal clearance — confirmed before your shortlist is sent.
We understand your school's culture, curriculum, and ethos before we begin searching. The shortlist reflects that precisely.
Relief and substitute requests handled within 24 hours where possible. A vacant classroom cannot wait.
No retainer, no upfront cost. Placement fee paid when a teacher starts in role. Our success is tied to yours.

After one year we check in. How are they performing? What do they want? Is international on the table?
Strong performers — especially those who thrived in under-resourced schools — are exceptional international candidates.
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, China. We already know them. We already trust them. The conversation starts there.
Every school deserves a good teacher. That belief is the foundation of everything we do.
Complete the form and a member of our team will respond within one business day. Select your school type first — this determines which tier applies and how we approach your request.
All enquiries are treated with complete discretion. We do not share your school's details with candidates until you instruct us to proceed.
